For well over a decade Shawn has pursued an ever-expanding career leading the engineering and design of lighting, electrical, pool and motor controls for both commercial and residential applications. Developing solutions for a broad array of clients has brought Shawn his present standing as chairman of one of the nation's leading innovators in maximizing the efficiency of existing mechanical systems.
A seasoned, results-driven management professional with over 20 years’ experience, Thomas offers considerable expertise in managing business operations in highly competitive markets. With a bachelor's degree from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from Colorado State University, Thomas speaks the language of excellence to team members at every level of the organization. With a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from Northrop Institute of Technology, Tim is a recognized expert in thermal shock, seismic/earthquake simulation, solar radiation, rapid decompression and pyro-shock. Additionally, Tim has extensive experience in reproducing a wide variety of flow, stress and fatigue conditions on test specimens to simulate actual operational parameters. Tim ensures that our research is thorough, exhaustive and appropriate to testing of new technological solutions.
With over 30 years of experience in the pool and spa industry, Paul brings expertise in all facets of circulation systems, related components, valve installation and design and construction of pools and spas to bear on his responsibilities at Attune | RTD. As one who has worked both the technical and the "people" sides of the pool and spa businesses, Paul is able to rapidly develop solutions to the real-world challenges of his clients.
The CEO of a general contracting firm, Steven holds both master’s and doctorate degrees from Pepperdine University. In a remarkable career of some 24 years, he has consistently achieved excellence as an educator, Director of Human Resources, Major Project Manager, VP of Operations, sheriff's sergeant, SWAT instructor and member of Navy SEAL Team One. From this cumulative leadership experience Steven brings a singular focus to his duties at Attune | RTD. No objective can long remain out of his reach.
For over a decade, Shawn has worked the front lines of industrial, commercial and residential construction projects. Having managed at site and field levels, Shawn is intimately acquainted with the practical matters of the plumbing, electrical, fabrication and virtually all other aspects of the construction site. As such, Shawn is able to bring workable solutions to bear on customers' challenges quickly and effectively.
A hardware design engineer with command of all the tools of his trade, including ViewLogic, AutoCAD, OrCAD and Crosstalk, William has the ability to oversee projects from conception and design to implementation. With his strong interpersonal skills, William is adept at managing teams of engineers to attain greater goals. Combine 15 years of electronics design, fabrication and testing with eight years of R&D in the design of microprocessor-based medical instrumentation and you have a modest idea of the skill set William brings to Attune | RTD.
With over 20 years of experience as a mechanical designer and engineer, Robert has a remarkable background in the design of medical and telecommunications devices, which has finely honed his analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly self-motivated, Robert is an effective team player as well, with design experience on all significant software platforms, and working experience in the latest state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies.
Raymond Tai brings over 29 years’ extensive business experience relating to foreign sales, operations and cultural experience in markets across the Asian seaboard to his duties as Executive Foreign Operations Officer. With his vast network of contacts and associates, Raymond is able to extend the presence of Attune | RTD into countless new markets.
